friends

after much too long, a group of friends came together for happy hour. amazingly, we all work in the same building but rarely see each other. originally, we sat in desks in eyesight of each other and/or went through training as new hires together – becoming friends for evah. (yes, i really said it. and it probably sounds better when i say it out loud. you’ll just have to say it with your own inflection.) ultimately, we each achieved promotions and as a result, we work different shifts on different teams. which is why this happy hour was so darn special!

i love carrying my camera with me to capture memories of fun times like these. hopefully i can upgrade this camera-carrying capability to full time (more on this later). i lovelovelove each of these photos, even though they are a little soft on focus (shutter speed dipped below 1/60 before i noticed).
