Aquarium Adventures
One of the best parts about my kiddo getting older is the ability to share new and exciting experiences with him.
Don't get me wrong - I love squishy newborns and chubby babies as much as anyone, but there IS something magical about seeing my kiddo's face light up as we experience something new together.
Last weekend, we took advantage of some friends coming into town to visit with us to revisit the Denver Aquarium. The last time we went, James was barely over a year old, so it was more of a "get the parents out of the apartment" sort of trip instead of a "James will actually get something out of this" trip.
Sure enough, he LOVED it! Kudos to Alan for carrying him when he inevitably got tired, but we had a blast. In addition to the super-fun exhibits and activities, I got a much-needed chance to break out the camera. We've been so busy recently that I haven't had much time to just play around and shoot for fun. Check out these incredible images!
